- SamsonApr 01, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely garbage. Have a survey done saying no problems, they can install. Take off work to meet them to get the install done and then they claim they can't get the signal threshold they require. Ok, that's fine, not their fault. Tell me my only option is a tower and that if I buy a tower for $1500 I'll get "free internet", verbatim from the installer'mouth. Call to discuss options and talk about what the installer told me. Get called a liar and that "he wouldn't say such a thing" when he literally said it 3x before leaving my property. Also told me repeatedly that my neighbors who have this service have "constant problems and they're always getting called out for service calls", they've been called out ONCE and their internet functions perfectly fine. Shady lying business practices, I'd rather go without than give this company one single cent.
