Improved over the years whereas in the past would often see muddy or brown water show up in the bath tub.
But the office needs to improve their communication when there are scheduled or emergency outages so as to help their customers plan better. Some or all: Facebook, twitter, Constant Contact (email), and direct phone notification services would improve service a lot.
When the water service is unexpectedly turned off customers should be told with some sort of reasonable expectation as to when service will be resumed. The organization has never consistently done this (but the opposite happens -- no warning, no ETA.)
